Using the steam oven
Changing the temperature during the heating phase ^ Press the right jog shuttle. The right display shows the selected temperature. The temperature symbol z flashes briefly. ^ While the symbol flashes, turn the right jog shuttle to the desired temperature. The adjusted temperature is automatically saved and the display changes after a few seconds to the current interior temperature.
